About the Role :
As a Sales Intern at LNH, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting day-to-day sales activities and gaining hands-on experience in the field. You will assist with lead generation, sales presentations, and administrative tasks while learning from seasoned professionals. Your role will involve actively contributing to sales initiatives, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. This internship will offer you valuable insights into the sales process and help develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially valuable for MBA candidates looking to apply their advanced business knowledge in a practical setting.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads by conducting research and reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking sales activities.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to discussions on strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and best practices from experienced team members.
• Analyze market trends and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies.
• Help with organizing and attending sales events and trade shows, if applicable.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA candidates are highly preferred.
• Strong interest in sales and a passion for building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior sales professionals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
