About the Role :
• Develop and maintain scalable, cloud-based Python/Django applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Enhance and optimize back-end components for improved performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure code quality.
• Participate in architectural design and product planning discussions.
• Enhance the functionality of existing systems.
• Implement robust security and data protection protocols.
• Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on user needs and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Design and implement robust APIs and back-end systems using Django or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect data integrity and user privacy.
• Manage and optimize database operations to ensure efficient data handling and storage.
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve the performance and reliability of existing systems.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that
align with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a strong focus on back-end development.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of security best practices and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
