About the Role :
As a Marketing Intern at LNH, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team, leveraging your MBA education to contribute to campaign development, content creation, and strategic market analysis. Your role will involve hands-on experience in executing marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting with various marketing activities. Your MBA qualification will provide valuable insights into advanced marketing concepts, helping you to effectively support and enhance our marketing efforts. Your creativity, analytical skills, and enthusiasm will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic marketing initiatives.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, and help manage the company’s online presence.
• Support the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports on key metrics.
• Help organize and execute marketing events, promotions, and other activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, updating marketing databases, and managing marketing documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for enhancing marketing efforts and reaching target audiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and interact effectively with team members.
• Analytical skills to track and measure marketing campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to learning and applying new marketing trends and techniques.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
