About the Role :
As a Graphic Designer at LNH, you will be a key player in our creative team, responsible for crafting visually stunning and effective designs across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and UI/UX teams to develop creative assets that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand identity. Your role will involve everything from brainstorming initial concepts to final production, with a focus on maintaining high design standards and meeting project deadlines. Your creativity, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit will be essential in delivering impactful visual solutions that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities :
• Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with brand strategy.
• Design and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
• Develop infographics, illustrations, and other visual content to effectively communicate complex information.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
• Prepare and finalize design files for both digital and print production, ensuring high-quality output.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas based on project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve design skills and incorporate new techniques into your work.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with branding and corporate identity design.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ability to create vector graphics and work with both raster and vector formats.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and innovation.
• Knowledge of print production processes and ability to prepare files for printing.
