About the Role :
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at LNH, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve business goals. Your expertise will help elevate our brand’s digital footprint and maximize engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all online channels.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve targeted ROI and performance goals.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics and campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep strategies current and competitive.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Engage with online communities and manage social media channels to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed to support campaign execution and strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media management and content creation across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging content and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to staying ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.
