About the Role :
As a Business Analyst at LNH, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your role will involve analyzing and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams, and ensuring that solutions align with business goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will guide project teams in delivering solutions that meet business objectives and deliver value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
• Analyze business needs and requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable documentation for stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and gather detailed business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and data flows to support process improvements and system implementations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including interviews, workshops, and surveys, to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Identify and evaluate potential solutions, and assist in selecting the most appropriate options based on business goals and technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development and testing phases.
• Monitor and analyze project progress, and provide updates and recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and address any issues prior to deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance business analysis techniques and methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in analyzing business processes and systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Experience in business process improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices relevant to the organization's sector.
